• Official point of contact for all vendors, guests, and wedding party
• Provide necessary number of Consilium Events staff depending on wedding day needs
• Supervision of venue set-up to ensure all elements of design and décor are completed based on the couples vision and vendor contracts
• Personal assistant for the couple
• Detailed wedding timeline
• Close coordination with all vendors
• Assistance with parking, ceremony seating, reception, and other guest needs
• Distribute additional payments to vendors
